Are you a roller or a folder??

Going on holiday tomorrow and just wanted to find out which way you think is best to pack clothes to avoid creasing?
Do you roll or do you fold?

I fold my socks and undies and usually roll the rest.

Tried both over the years and tend to roll them more often now.If hubby packs the case they are neither folded nor rolled they are usually just thrown in any old how.

I roll. It was a habit I got into with my backpack and I've carried it over into my grown-up suitcase. I find that rolling my suit jackets keeps them less creased than folding them.

Chuck 'em in any old way and get the maid/valet to sort them out at the other end :D

In truth I don't bother how I pack because I always iron clothes in my hotel room as and when I need them.

  • Definitely a roller, folding makes creases. Put shoes in the bottom of the case, stuff socks in them to keep their shape and stuff odds n ends in the gaps!
