Be careful and check your bill when using bonusprint. After a review on here I ordered 150 prints at 5p each (total £7.50). I only wanted 120 photos but it worked out a cheaper rate to make it upto 150. Postage quoted as £1.50 but at checkout it changes to £1.99 (it does mention the postage has changed so no complaints about that). Total showed as £9.49 (£7.50 + £1.99 postage). The receipt also shows £9.49. When photos arrived they were good but bill show 150 photos at 5p each = £7.50 (nothing else on invoice) yet sub total shows £19.20, postage £1.99, Total £21.19!!!!
DONT phone the number on their invoice as its broken and loops the same message constantly with a little music in between (was on it for over 30 mins) - phone the freephone number on their website and you get through straight away. They admit they have taken £21.19 instead of £9.49 from my account and will look into this - so far no word back from them but if you dont check receipt fully how many people will end up paying £21.19 without realising it? Print off a copy of your receipt when you pay so you have proof of cost and check invoice and bank fully when photos received.
So my bargain photos, although nice enough, have so far cost me £21.19 and a 30 min phone call (about £1) so overall £22.19 instead of £9.49.
I will update this when/if I get a refund of the overpayment.
PS - for the record their invoice clearly only shows £7.50 for products and then suddenly £19.20 sub-total. I thought this would be impossible as sub-total should match all the amounts on the invoice so check sub-total etc and not just that your photos were the right price of £7.50
