Have just called Leapfrog as I have a Learn and Groove Activity Station and the microphone had stopped working, had a bigger problem too, I put cheap batteries in too as the rechargables were dead and they leaked all over the battery compartment and killed the whole thing. Anyhow explained this to a very nice young man told him about microphone first then said that I was an idiot and explained about batteries. He took my name and our address and said they recommended using Duracell batteries but that they would send out the replacement parts FOC today :T . Was very impressed and I certainly expected to have to pay for the replacement keyboard part where the batteries go as that was my fault.

So first class customer service and all done in less than 5 minutes on a freephone number!

I managed to break the small frog at the top of my daghters leapfrog shopping trolley (While I was fitting it too) I rang them and they sent me a new frog within days!
