BarclayCard & Barclaycard Loan

Hi

I hope i am writing in right section.

I have got barclaycard from last 1& half year and paying them on time, never missed any payments or anything but most of the time i was paying minimum payment.

Credit limit is : £1000 and balance is £600.

Well i wanted to apply £3000 loan with them as i need it next month so would it be great idea to apply with them ? or are they bit strict regarding loan.

Being a customer of barclaycard i am think that would be easy to get a small loan with them with low APR because my bank is offering me 23%.

Please advice me.
Thanks.

i had a barclaycard, they used to send me many offers of loans, they got chucked in the bin, until i decided i wanted a loan to buy a newer car this was in Sept
bizarrely the next day i got a offer from them, quite competitive, so went off, applied, decided against the ppi
3 days later i got the knockback letter

so me thinks, i'll try applying with my own bank, it was working out abuot 50p extra a month getting the loan from them
again, decided against taking ppi - was accepted straight away

    coincidence...wouldnt like to say

but theres no harm in trying i guess, as long as if they did decline you, you didnt go over the score trying lots of other places

if you can't repay 600 in 18 months then how can you repay a loan of 3000?
