Man i'm going crazy with this. I inserted a header into a document that has several pages long. The header has continued on every page. I'l be damned if I can find the option to insert the header on page one only and not to continue through out the document pages. GOING IN SANE!
Anyone have any idea's as to where I can change the setting??

Browserd,
Other option:
At the end of page one insert a Section Break - not a normal page break.
Then within the Header zone of Section 2 un-select the "same as previous" option, and then edit the second section header as required.

Hello browserd
I'll move your thread to the 'Techie Stuff' board.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.

1) Click the "Insert" tab.
2) Click on "Header" button in the header group of functions (about 5 blocks from the left)
3) Click "Edit Header" - header is now editable, and the "Design" ribbon tab is now revealed.
4) In the "Options" group of functions, click on "Different First Page".
You should now have a Page 1 that has a different header to the rest of the document, by default it will have no header, but the rest of the document will have the header populated.Of course, I may just be talking b****cks!0
