Wireless Digi-sender lousy sound

Hi,

I get great picture from my Digi-sender to the TV set in the bedroom but the sound is dreadful. The volume is extremely low compared to the terrestrial stations and has a humming feedback sort of sound which is very irritating.
I have asked AEI for help a month ago but they obviously can't be bothered. :cool:
Any advice welcomed.

Maybe the sender or receiver is too close to an electrical source - plug socket - power cable, or it could be too close to a television, loudspeaker or other electrical device. Also any other transmitters - telephone, mobiles etc.
Worth bearing in mind that even microwaves and wireless networks/bluetooth could be causing a problem.
You need to eliminate these first.
If that fails I'd look at asking for a replacement.
