Money back from redeeming mortgage

As advised by Martin, I got in touch with Bradford &Bingley as I found out I had been charged £235 for redeeming my mortgage about 2 years ago. Luckily, I had kept all the correspondence from them and knew my account number. To my surprise I got a reply within a few days to acknowledge my letter and a few days after that another letter came saying they would reimburse me £195 as a gesture of goodwill. Martin is great! (Hopefully, I will get the cheque)!
