Hi and welcome to MSE. The people on this board will give you some great advice.
I think the regulars to this board might want a little more detail on thefood/elec etc. (if you see MSE Andrea's sticky at the top of the board it'll show you how to do a full SOA). You say "debt agency", who is this and are they charging you for their help?

Well in that case, and i'm no expert on this, but i think most people here would agree to go back to the CCCS. If you put more details on here in the morning, the real gurus will be able to advise you better but please don't worry - there is help out there, and a lot of it comes from the people on this board!

  • Hi Akiki

Well done for making the first step and posting.

I can't see anything listed for going out.

Who was the non CCCS debt agency??? If they are a company and not one of the charities then a chunk of what you pay will be taken by them.

How many people does the food and toiletries cover??

You have got money aside for 'medical' what sorts of thing does this cover, if it is prescriptions then you could get this cheaper by getting a prepayment certificate.

Could you give us an idea of the minimum payment on your credit card.

Is there any way that you can up your income?? Could you do overtime etc. You can use cashback sites such as Quidco so that you make money back on things that you routinely buy (eg car insurance), check out the 'up your income' board on the main site.

I would go for the DMP I say this because once in an IVA you HAVE NOWAY out where as with DMP you can change the amount you pay over time if life gets better or worse.
Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!
