this is for my ex wife
after we divorced my ex got with another bloke and had a child thay are not married.my ex is a german citizen.
now the question is can the child automaticaly get a British passport the way i understand it just because the child is born in this country doesnt mean he will get a passport as thay are not married.
any thoughts.

If the father is on the birth certificate and he has British citizenship then the child can get a British passport.0

even tho thay are not married on the passport web site it asks for marriage certificate0
