Sorry dude, no chance, not with an OS. Try 2nd hand on ebay or something but generally people charge about £25 for shipping on ebay!.....0 -

sorry but thats !!!!!!!!
OP check out dell, i've just bought a new pc from them without a monitor for 336 but i added on some stuff
also check out currys and pc world (i know) they have some deals on base units from about 2000 -
Well via dmxdiemnsion you can get an Inspiron 530 base unit with Core 2 Duo, Vista Home Premium and 2Gb of RAM for £239 without a monitor. I think you'll struggle to do a lot better.
What's wrong with your currnet PC exactly? If it's just a PSU they start at £5 so would eb a cheap fix. Alternatively you could look at getting a Motherboard, CPU and RAM to put in you exisitng case and use existing components and OS to finish it.It's my problem, it's my problem
If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -

HP dx2250 - MT ATHLON 64 X2 5000+ 2.6GHz 2GB 250GB DVD-RW VISTA HOME BASIC
I know it is Vista Home Basic but with the £50 cashback it can be had for £188 (using Quidco will bring it down further)
I think you will struggle to get Vista Premium for that money
It has a PCI-e slot for graphics upgrade too. Fantastic for the money!0
