Bad C/S in Toys R Us help needed

Ive had really bad service from them. I brought a buggy 6 weeks ago and the breaks are fauly. I work as a shop supervisor and the way I wa spoke to, well if I spoke to my customers like that id never have any left. I have been refused a refund. Ive had no choice but to buy another more expensive one. Go into the store and ask for the customer service departs number. When calling ask at once to speak to the supervisor or mamnger dont speak to who ever answers youll get the same story from them. Please keep us update as im intrested. My daughters saftey is the most important thing in the world.
