parcel returned uncollected

Hi there,
I've had a parcel returned to me marked by the PO as uncollected. I have emailed the buyer twice asking what s/he would like me to do with the item (it was only a few tapes worth £9). No response as yet. Should I just leave it or file a uncompleted transaction or.... I just don't like the idea that in a few weeks time the buyer could still give me a negative for non-delivery.
