Keep onto them, daily until you get it i know what they are like from both sides. I now let my property myself but when I first let it I used an agent to find/contract tennents both times , with different agents i had to eventually go down to their offices and refuse to leave until they gave me the monies they had taken for first moths rent and deposits.
Letting agents are one step down from estate agents.0
