Forwarding ebay emails, can somene please check for me

I work between two computers that aren't networked together.
I get all the ebay emails and then forward some to hubby as he does all the packing.
Since 9.30 last night (Wednesday) not one ebay or paypal message has got through.
They are showing as sent on my computer but aren't getting as far as his ISP inbox let alone his computer.
I've just tried to forward some to myself and I haven't got those either.
All other forwarded emails are going through fine.

Please can someone check and see what happens if they try to forward either an ebay email or a paypal one.

I'm hoping it's not a new ebay 'security' measure.

talktalk, freeuk, no spam filter, both using macs.
Worked great until 9.30-ish last night.
All none ebay/paypal messages are getting through instantly.
Nothing is bouncing back either.
