If it is, we're scuppered.
Our solicitor was rubbish, so our data shows we moved 2007, actually moved 2006. Any savvy buyer would see all the other houses in the road of the new estate were bought 2006.
LR won't change it as the application was registered 2007....yes it took over a year for the builders and solicitors to sort it out and me to get the legal complaints service on the case to finally push the matter to resolution.
If we sold tomorrow the data would show we only bought 6 months ago when we really bought nearly 2 years ago. Shouldn't make a difference to the hear and now, but in reality it will.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

The date of registration would be down as 2007, but if you had a mortgage then any sensible solicitor would work out the date you bought it by looking to see the earlier date of your mortgage. Whether a man in the street would do this I don't know.RICHARD WEBSTER
As a retired conveyancing solicitor I believe the information given in the post to be useful assuming any properties concerned are in England/Wales but I accept no liability for it.0 -
Not true!If a company bought the house,it won't be shown. The website will show all house prices since 2000.. If the house in questions isnt there it just means it has not been sold since 2000.0 -

And there in lies the problem.
I took them to legal complaints twice and got the issue resolved, with financial compensation, twice.
In the end, they paid me to use them.:money:
Would have preferred to pay a solicitor who knew how to do his job properly...Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?
