Hi Guys and Gals,
I recently purchased an 42" tv from Sharp, It is now a month old and I am getting problems with losing the picture input every now and then. It is getting progressively worse. Sharp have offered to send out an engineer to sort the problem. Where do I stand in asking for a full refund, as I have seen on the internet a few people have had this problem before. I don't want to be calling an engineer every 5 minutes until the warranty runs out. After all a 1 month old tv should not require fixing.
Thanks guys

You are entitled for a full refund f your require, but Sharp do have the right to inspect the TV before giving one incase its user error for example.0

no you have no right to a full refund after a short acceptance period (maybe up to a week) but you do have the right to a repair or replacement (at the retailers not manufacturers discretion) if the product fails several times after attempted repair or after replacement then you could request a refund.0

Blacksheep is correct, I think it is the same fault 3 times and you can ask for a refund.0
