I posted about a week ago to say that I had had the initial paperwork from M&S for the above card. I signed the agreement and sent it back but I have not heard anymore.
Are they particularly slow?

Yes, they said there was something incorrect on my original application, which I know there wasn't as I'm quite meticulous. Anyway, the quickest way was for me to reapply, rather than them sift through 12,000 new applications looking for one form. So, here's still waiting.0

Following on from my original post yesterday I have this morning received the same initial agreement forms which I signed and sent back 10 days ago!!!
Needless to say I am not particularly happy!! I have also just read on another thread that the 0% BT is now only for 6 months and not 9?
I am thinking about not bothering with this card now as more things have come to light - no online servicing, customer services in Bombay etc.
I am also concerned as the plan was to transfer £2500 from my HSBC online card to the &More card but when you read the small print the finance for the &More card is provided by HSBC so I am wondering whether I will actually be able to do this anyway???

I had exactly the same problem but it was my own fault. There are three sheets of White agreement forms to return I only returned 2 because I thought the last 1 was to set up a direct debit. Anyways after contacting them asking why I had received more agreement forms they informed me they hadnt received all the correct paperwork anyways signed the 2nd set they had sent me and a week later received a letter confirming they have received them and my new card will be with me soon. I have sent them another email today to find out when the 30 days balance transfer starts because it states you have only 30 days from account opening and as I go on holiday for 2 weeks saturday didnt want to miss out.0

Well, I've now just received my third set of credit agreement to sign. I guess if I keep on signing every one they send, eventually one of them will get through!!!0

From applying for my card to getting it took around 6-7 weeks.
Not sure what they were upto and called numerous times for update, then when i got the card it had a really low credit limit, arrghhh!!!
Good luck.Be not so busy making a living that you forget to make a life......0
