Radiator Valve Replacement Rough Cost??

Hi ,
I need to replace all the radiator valves on my radiators as they are to the point of you touch them and they leak or they are seized up completely.
I need to replace the valves and the lockshield valves and the bleed valves on eight radiators, would any one know roughly how much a plumber would charge to do this also balancing the system afterwards?
I would go for mid range TRV's.
Cheers

If you have a problem fix it, if you can't fix it don't worry because it will happen anyway!
