I am so annoyed though at the customer service guy's attitude. This is a repeated problem and I'm fed up complaining to them about it. I replied and said they could refund it as they've done it before and it was their fault. The guy replied and said "I'm sorry, "cannot" was a poor choice of word - I'm "unwilling" to refund you!" Each time I place a wine order at Tesco and try to use one of the dozen or so codes I find, I end up with none of them working. Is it just me or am I doing something wrong?
I guess I would like a code for points, but none work. Why do people buy them from Ebay if they don't work?

Please help with some advice and a code that works if possible!

think you can only use these online.

hi, i'm new here. I wonder if we can combine the codes in one order:rolleyes: . i.e. we spend £50 onlin in one order, then use all the discount codes combine with £50/£40/£35.... As I bank all of them on my account for one order it seems no problems:D , but I hasn't tried to through out the check out.

No, you can only use one of those codes at a time. For any codes that begin "XX" you can only use one "XX" code per order. The remaining codes will be banked for use on a subsequent order.

Just to let you know that I have emailed Tesco tonight complaining about this.
They sent me a code for 1200 points ifI spend £100. after doing out my order, the code wouldnt work....... this is the 9th code that tesco have sent me that doesnt work....... so Ive quite peeved, so Ive emailed them to complain.

I shall let you know the outcome.

Any idea when the next wine mailing is due? I have an order ready but refuse to do it unless bonus 1000 points at least! Nothing seems to be working for me thats been posted!

Mine arrived this morning, had a 1000 points when you spend £50 on wine code.
