Hi all - can anyone tell me if they get statements for each of their accounts at the same time or do they all arrive separately? i received my main account statement at the weekend but no sign yet of my virtual accounts

Melimel - they arrive at different times. I had one delivered, then 3 days later 2 more, then 4 days later (today) the last one.

hi, no, altogether i have 5 accounts and i got 2 in the first post and then the other 3 turned up 2 or 3 days later so dont worry you will get them

My hubby had an email for shopping two days ago.... It was 10 quid off a 50 quid spend.

The code didn't work. I ordered it about 11pm last night so of course I couldn't ring the customer service.
I had my shopping delivered early then rang customer service. Apparently they wouldn't be able to do anything as I had already had my shopping delivered. I had to apparently ring them before it was delivered. I said that I didn't see that in the terms and conditions, but I was told that I was wrong and it was there. He was quite rude on the telephone and basically told me that I could use it up to the expiry date, which is two days time, or tough.

I have written an email to them as I wasn't happy with them AT ALL. They suck up to you saying how it's great you are as a customer then basically go tell you to poke it when there is an issue.

I don't think it's fair the way they have gone about it.

Hi

I've saved enough for a holiday but on 3 different accounts. I want to exchange them online but am now worried that if I exchange all 3 whoever is issuing the vouchers will notice the 3 accounts are for the same person and I will lose out on all of them

I have about half one account which I have ordered and am waiting for. Maybe I should stick with only getting half and pay the rest?

Anyone have any advice please?

Maybe I should have stuck to being my usual safe and boring self and kept to one account! hey ho.......

I got my statement today and it had a 250 point code for shopping at tesco direct,so I went to use use it and they said I don't qualify???? They sent the code to me so how can that be? I checked that I'd typed it in correctly

Also I see people saying about banking codes how do you do this or is it for groceries only?

I've tried to use the same code (XX2DD9) on two accounts; it stores the code in one but not the other. The accounts are 'linked' and at the same address - does that mean each XX code only works once?

Am thinking of redeeming in my Tesco vouchers for Virgin holiday vouchers. Does anyone know how long the Virgin holiday vouchers are valid for? Also, do my husband and I have to redeem our Tesco vouchers separately? If so I assume Virgin vouchers will come through in separate names - does this complicate the booking process? (always assuming we want to go on holiday together!!). Any advice would be most appreciated.
