Bargain wine at Somerfield 06/07/2005

Hi,
I work in somerfield. As the beer deal finishes tonight, starting from tomorrow, the next week will be wine deals.
My manager yesterday showed me a list of the wine thats going on offer. It was stupidly long and all was more than 50% off.

The only thing i can remember seeing was the last one on the list which was Lambrusco for £1.24.

Ill try and get a copy of the list tonight, and ill post all the details, but with so many wines there is going to be limited availability... so id suggest if you can, pop in somerfield first thing tomorrow morning.

Hopefully ill be able to report back with a list of the wines

Typical as i have just bought a case off a friend for £43.

Will be good to stock up though until me homebrew is drinkable

Thanks for the tip..Let's hope I get some wine as I couldn't get any beer as my store hasn't had a delivery since saturday....I will pop in tomorrow morning..Thanks

Unfortunately i couldnt get hold of a list of all the wines on offer, you'll just have to pop in and have a good browse of the wines.

If you can remember any wines and prices please post them, and also dont forget 6 bottles or more saves you 5%

it was bristol store downend all the wine was priced up tonight so they said i could have it for that price i had to write on each bottle the price on shelf because it was not going through tills they took my word for it they also said it was going to be on spirts tia maria about £2 to £3

Cant wait till the morning,I have a store only a few hundred yards away.

I hope the Jacobs Creek sparkling is reduced.
Picked up 2 of the Carling boxes today and they still had a few left as of 9pm.

Only 5/6 1/2 price wines.
