Budget have overcharged me!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping that someone can help. Basically I hired a car from these 1diots and they have proceeded to charge me an extra 35 pounds without my consent and with no explanation as to what this is for, despite me having repeatedly asked for one.

I have today emailed Trading Standards with this complaint - can anyone think of anything else I should do, as I'm spitting tintacks - not so much at the 35 quid, as the barefaced cheek of not deigning to give me so much as an explanation!!! Gits!

Hiya, depending on how you paid for it, it might be possible to dispute the transaction with your bank, as they didn't debit the amount you authorised.

Finally, after a month of to-ing and fro-ing, they re-credited my card. :j Probably just to get rid of me! :rotfl:
