I have Adobe on this machine already, and husband has it on his laptop. He uses a memory stick, and the idea is to put the stick in this machine and print his work from it. But Adobe says it cannot open, as it is unsuported, or not properly decoded; it also says this about teh email from his tutor, and some other email downloads. Yet it doesn't always do it.
I tried reinstalling, and also updating Husbs version, but all to no avail.
What am I doing wrong guys?

I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Adobe make a whole bundle of different programs (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere etc. etc.). You'll need to let us know what it is.
I'm guessing you mean Adobe Reader?0 -
sometimes if you remove a memory stick before its written to completely the file will corrupt - make sure that the files have finished been writen to the stick before its removed.0

I do, yes, sorry. I clicked on a link provided in this forum to redownload, and it as the identical version to that originally used. I uninstalled before downloading.
