i fit Double Glazing and unfortunately sometimes condensation will become worse after a new installation. You need trickle vents on each window which should have been offered on survey. They can still be ftted though. If the property is damp you need a de-humidifier. Extra cost im afraid.0

his property isn't damp, i forgot to say he lives in a high rise block, so do you think he should go see the workmen as they are still in the area0

You can still get condensation if you have double glazing.
My windows steam up in the kitchen when I'm cooking so I just open the window a bit and it's OK.
Try having the vents on the windows open - it might sort out the condensation problem.0 -
the reason he wasnt getting condensation before is probably because there were gaps and drafts everywhere. Id say the windows have been fitted correctly. Google "condensation" and you'll find out that new windows sometimes makes it worse. De=humidifiers definately work0
