finishing off a loft conversion

The loft in my house as been partly converted basically its a functioning room but needs plaster boarding and plastering and adding some insulation in as well.

The room is about 3m x 4m how much will this cost???

    It's not a habitable room without Building Regulation approval, and by the sound of it, you don't have that. If you want to do it properly you are looking at several £000s because you have to do structural, fire, insulation etc. work. Search back through this forum, it has been discussed often in the last year or so.
    If you want to continue using it for storage but want to board it out then I'm sure one of the plasterers or builders will give you a guide.
