Trouble setting up wireless access point

I'm having trouble setting up a wireless access point with my current router. The setup is, I have a SmartAX MT882 router and I want to connect to it a Fon La Fonera wireless access point which has been reflashed with DD-WRT firmware.

I'm really not sure what settings should be in place with both the router and WAP. If someone could help I'd much appreciate it.

it should sort it out automatically, ie just plug the WAP to the router.

Set up the wap security when connected tthrough the router you may have to change the dns setting temporarily to get the WAP interface,

If you have not got amannual then see if there is an online copy to give the dns actually most let you do it wirelessly so it may be easier

You should not have to do anything to the router

I have a similar system with a belkin WAP and it was easy and its stable

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't have the manual for the DD-WRT Fon access point.

Is anyone else familiar with DD-WRT firmware? If so, do you know the settings necessary to enable me to connect this to my existing router so that I can get wireless internet?
