Improving credit rating

Hi all
I successfully got a Vanquis card and used it wisely so that I could up my credit rating (as advised on this site)
That worked for me..so a year on, I've got a Barclaycard with less apr etc (not that I pay any coz I pay the bill in full the day i get it!)
My question is this:
Will I seem more credit worthy by running the 2 credit cards or should I cancel the Vanquis now that I have the Barclaycard?
As I said, I'm only using a credit card to boost my credit rating.
I'll sit here...and wait for your responses! Lol
