The buyer has withdrawn his offer and taken his house of the market!!! after having an offer for his house.
So no offer !!

Sorry to hear that. There does seem to be a glut of properties at the moment. Maybe a small cut in int rates (which some are predicting) will help a bit.
For my sake I hope not. But for your sake, it might help a wee bit.
