Excel Question

It's the first time have visited this board so forgive me if I am in the wrong place, but as everyone is normally so helpful in this place, I wondered if someone could help me with an Excel problem?

I want to increase the numbers of characters available for "Screen Tips", but I don't know how and I have been looking all afternoon.

Yes, this is what I wanted, I assume though that it is not reverse compatible, so the person using it would need 2007 for it to work?
