Dealings with DIY Home Solutions

What a worrying time I am having with this company. I ordered a central heating boiler, online, from them 2 weeks ago, on behalf of a friend who has no internet access and he paid them nearly £900 by debit card. Only after 2 emails from me and 5 days later, did they confirm order saying they were awaiting delivery date from supplier. I have since sent them 3 more emails asking them for a delivery date but have not heard a thing back from them.
They do not have a phone line, and their website states they will reply to queries within 1 working day. Maybe they will come up with the goods, but the lack of communication has given me sleepless nights and worry, as I have bought many things online, without any problems. Just wondered if anyone else has had any dealings with them?
