dolcis in administration

Options
bought a pair of shoes for my son on friday at dolcis in the metro centre on friday and asked what their returns policy was was told 28 days etc.... ok i thought cos knowing how choosy my teenage son is, as it happens he didnt like them so went to take them back today (5 days later ) to find they've gone into administration and ringing the tel no. for queries tells us the nearest one is manchester and even they wont give a refund... not that i'm likely to travel that far :rotfl: to be honest i should be thankful its only £60 and not £600 problem is now telling my son he's gonna have to wear them:eek:
it's tough

they said 35 shops were still open but the closest to us was the arndale centre (or summic like that ) in manchester they said they were trying to sell them all off:confused: so i would suggest if you have got vouchers go and spend them now

if you need it i can give you the tel no. that was on the door of the dolcis shop in metro centre where we rang i imagine it was their head office, just to give you an idea of where else is open
