I've had an email from Paypal asking me to complete information on my account.
The first one is ENTER EXPANDED USE NUMBER
The second is PROVIDE BUSINESS INFORMATION
The second request is confusing me as I don't have a business as such but have lots of surplus items due to house renovations and doubled up items due to second marriage for both of us. I also sell items on behalf of friends.
I'd appreciate some help on this please, thanks.

I had the same problem with the enter business details as I'm just a private seller too. I emailed Paypal with query and they provided a very detailed reply on what to do, annoyingly I can't find the email at mo!! Sorry not much help to you.
I think there is a drop down menu on the bit where they ask for your details and you just select 'private seller' (or words to that effect) and then it's sorted.
I'll try dig out email for you, or try emailing them yourself.
