I wanna learn how to play the guitar

At last I have bought myself a guitar, to try and recapture my lost youth, and now need to learn how to play it. I would be grateful if anyone could guide me to a book or video I could get to teach me how to play. Many thanks samsyerman

To agree with others - there's lots of free lessons on YouTube. You could target particular songs and somebody on there will show you how to play it. But look at the comments to see whether or not it's a good lesson.

Also plenty of free resource on websites - but learn some theory too.
