Plumbing quote

We are moving our bathroom from back of house to front. As the sewers are at the back, this involves taking drainage down the front, under the house, and out the back. Water supply will need to be brought across too, but plumber hasn't quoted for this yet. Does this seem reasonable? House is vacant, we are removing all floorboards anyway, so that should aid access. House is about 7m deep (i.e. front to back). We are in north london.

Quote:
1 To take down exsisting cast iron soil stack and to excavate to expose earthanware drainage.
2 To connect new pvc soil pipe to earthanware drainage and to run new 4 inch diameter soil pipe underneath floorboards to front of house and to fix and plumb new soil stack alongside rainwater pipe(which will have to be moved over)and up to new bathroom at front of house.
3 To run soil pipe to pick up on new position of pan and to run new wastes for bath and basin
Estimated cost £1600.00 + Vat
