Just wondered if anyone can give me any advice on a bit of DIY.
I have a stairs, landing, 3 bedrooms that need decorating.
I have stripped everywhere but there is still lining paper on the walls that will take me too long to remove.
I wanted to know if that paint that has a rippled effect would do the job?
Anyone ever used it? Is it east to apply? Does it look good etc etc.
Oh, and any idea on the cost?
Thanks for any help.

We last used "Polyripple" in 1982, and it was applied with a coarse sponge patterned roller.
It's major downside (apart from being very 1980's!!!!!) as I recall is it's ability to trap dust.
There are other "crack-filling" paints on the market now (as advertised on TV), which are designed to be used on poor quality plastered surfaces. Check them out at your local B & Q.0
