anyone see bill grainger show on saturday

morning all :j

i was watching the aussi cook bill grainger on saturday morning after saturday kitchen and he made this lovely looking chicken curry with spinich and ginger..
i want to make it as a dinner but have forgotten exactly what ingrediants i shoudl be using
did anyone watch it..if so can you remember what he used

i have complete baby pregnancy brain at the moment so have complete memory loss :rolleyes:

    Thanks for that that squeaky. Charleybabes, I saw the show and loved it. He was really normal and ultra nice and his recipes are like what I cook for my family. I had never seen his show before.

  • thanks for that squeaky.. i have now been able to get the recipe.. and it looks really simple to do

    id never seen him before.as i very rarely have the telly on on a saturday.but he was really lovely to watch..and it looked really easy to make
    and cheap ..
    looking forward to making it now.. i'll let you know how it turns out!!
