Norton Anti Virus download problem

I've just had to have a new hard drive installed on my laptop as my 5 month old one passed away. In May I purchased Norton Antivirus 2004 for PC, following having had a trial version installed. Now I've been in touch with them via their website and as it is within 60 days of purchase I should be able to just log in and re-download it. Or so they say.

Trouble is, even though I have the correct order number, email address, credit card number and password, their website will not find my order. I've emailed support again and got no reply. I'm going round the twist here - has anybody else ever had this problem and dealt with it successfully?

Yes you have 60 days from the date of purchase to redownload your product.
1 year if you have purchased The Extended Download Service.

Finally got a reply yesterday to say they can't trace my order, so I emailed back the copy of the confirmation email, and not heard anything more from them. Worrying now that I'm approaching 60 days, and have no virus protection.

Thanks for those links, but I'm horribly familiar with them. All the stuff I put in, despite it being correct, is rejected :-(
