Has Sainsbury Bank given up responding to it's email?

I have sent several emails via their site, starting before Christmas, and not one has been answered.

Is it just me or are Sainsburys not interested in their Customers?

  • It may be that the question you have asked them is not appropriate to answer via e-mail. Why not contact them by other means and see if you get reply in post

    Is it secured e-mailed from within an online management facility?

    If you are using standard e-mail for an account issue they will not respond to you as you have not jumped through the ID/proving who you are hoops.

    You should not put account/card number details on standard e-mail as it goes around the world a few times and can easily be intercepted.
