I have sent several emails via their site, starting before Christmas, and not one has been answered.
Is it just me or are Sainsburys not interested in their Customers?

It may be that the question you have asked them is not appropriate to answer via e-mail. Why not contact them by other means and see if you get reply in post0

Is it secured e-mailed from within an online management facility?
If you are using standard e-mail for an account issue they will not respond to you as you have not jumped through the ID/proving who you are hoops.
You should not put account/card number details on standard e-mail as it goes around the world a few times and can easily be intercepted.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep
