US Share Certificate

I opened a Comdirect account hoping to be able to transfer in some US Stock I hold. However they will only do it if the shares are already registered with another dealer. Unfortunately for me I just have the raw paper certificate. Does anybody know a UK dealer who will let me transfer my shares into an account or will sell them on my behalf? Preferably with reasonable charges.
