fabulous talk of 15% increases in 2 weeks! And options to flip in 3 months.

Stuff like this is all a big pymarid scheme. Eventually someone loses.

If you want to buy abroad, make your own independent decisions about the state of the market and go out there yourself. They are salespeople - they are not working for your benefit - not one iota.

Personally I wouldn't buy anything that wasn't already standing.

Nothing else to know! Doozergirl covered it all!

If you want to buy abroad, go out to the country yourself, learn a bit of the language, use local EAs, and a lawyer that speaks both english and the other language...

It doesn't take many brain cells to work out how these companies make their money, which seems a rip off if you can go out and do it yourself!
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
  • Which of these three are you thinking of buying?
Have you listened to the news in the last 5 days?
Do you think you are bottom fishing?

    sorry for not being clear

the property i was interested in is in makkah,

also there are not many companies that deal with saudi arabia which is why i was wondering if this company was ok. becasue at that price £30,000 its seems great value
also due to its location there are always visitors in the main seasons

Personally I would avoid dealing with a company like this. They boast of a Westminster office, which is in fact a serviced office suite. They are not a limited company. You will be giving them £15000 now and plenty of time for them to dissappear with your money.
Their site has very similar wording to this one.
