BlahDVD-3 weeks and no CD

I put an order with blahdvd for 2 cd's and used a £2.00 of £10.00 or over spend with them, which made my cd's £6.02 and £6.92 each. I received one of them within the week and now, three weeks and one email every other day or so to customer services I still don't have my CD. I am unwilling to cancel my order as I can't find the CD cheaper anywhere else. Customer services keep telling me that my version of the CD is out of stock with the suppliers but if you look online you can find that it says that the CD is in stock. This is terrible service. They must be making a loss on my order and are hoping I will lose my patience and cancel my order!
Why bother sending out vouchers for people to use if you're going to abuse them?
