Heya all,
Not much to update really! Had a busy weekend, went to see the family on Saturday and went to Asda and the tip (twice!) this afternoon to get rid of some junk! I am shattered out now so will be off to bed very soon.
Have been posting my ebay stuff and some cheeky pecker is refusing to cough up, zero feedback and is not answering my messages and I just know he has no intention to pay...so might have to make a few peeps a second chance offer I suppose. Grrrrrrr! My other few bits are selling for about £30 odd so hopefully they will go up a bit and I can use the money for the M & S card. I transfered £150 from paypal to my bank yesterday, so am just waiting for that to clear so that can go to the card too.
I think I need to make a note of everything expensive wise coming up this year so I can try and budget for it. Eg car insurance, mot, cat jabs, summer camp / easter club for Emily etc etc. NOT looking forward to the car insurance and hope it will go down a bit!
Still waiting to hear back from quidco about my missing money....so want that cash!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
Hello everyone,
Can't believe it is a year since the TV appearance...mental! Well didn't go exactly as I had anticipated but ho hum! I am soooo chuffed that I have paid off so much debt in the last year so that's all good
The £150 from paypal has just gone into my account, but am gonna leave it there now till pay day next week and tranfer off some money in one big chunk! Can't wait! One thing I am peed off with though is the fact that I had a guy who won an item, didn't pay and tomorrow I am gonna have to go through the palarva of filing a non payment order and try and sell it again. To doubly annoy me, I have another item for sale ending tonight with a zero feedback, brand new ebayer so am beginning to wonder if I am being deliberately done over by non paying people? I have contacted them to ask them to confirm they want the item and I am very, very tempted to pull their bid. I am deffo gonna put a notice ona ll my items saying no feedback people will have thier bids cancelled unless the contact me first. Can't afford to miss out as you have to wait a week before you can report them....grrrrrrr!
Heard back from Quidco who reckon I should get a resolution within 5 weeks! Grrrrr again...I just want my money!
Looking forward to payday next week! Have been saving sooo hard this month to try and have a lump sump to pay off. I have got some more bits to flog and hope to make a bit of extra cash their too! Yay!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -

Well luckily for me the ebay sales last night went well! Have another £100 to transfer ready for the card! I am gonna get that card down soon...yay!
Then will be down to the two main large cards. I reckon the card over payments will start slowing down very soon as have a lot of things to budget for, but at least I am continuing on and not spending like a crazy woman! All I can do is try my very best at getting the debt down. Will be easier to manage with the two cards and the loan, which will be gone in April 2010...that's a huge £175 a month saved and is just over a year away!:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0
