Sun Holidays early June (£100-£300 budget) ?

Looking to go on holiday for fairly cheap and pref. spain/spanish speaking. I've been to Tenerif! and Lloret De Mar and whilst the hotels/weather were great the food/nightlife etc was from the gutter (full english breakfast, microwave paella etc).

Anyone got any decent reccommendations for decent places to go/stay with good food and less chavs within budget?
