Breakdown Cover

My AA breakdown cover(Roadside and Relay option 200) is up for renewal at the end of the month. The renewal price £84 but I have looked on the RAC website and the equivalent cover is £77 and on Green flag its £76.95(Recovery option), then I decided to look on Money supermarket.com and they came up with a company called First call at a price of £39(for the equivalent cover of the AA)............Has anybody had cover with them before? if so what sort of service to they provide ?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

    Not read Martin's article?

I dumped the AA this year and joined Autoaid for £29 and a few days later the wife's car alternator failed on the M5 - an easy and simple call to Autoaid resulted in a local firm collecting and delivering her back home and the money refunded within the two weeks as expected.

Perfect service. Recommended. (But check your insurance policy - some offer a breakdown service as part of the policy.....!)
