Setting up a macro to print from tray 1????

Hi there

I have a new printer (HP) with two trays, the intention is to print letterhead from tray 1 and plain paper from tray 2. I remember in the dim and distant past recording a macro in order to do this but it doesn't seem to work or maybe I have just done it completely wrong?

I would prefer not to have to go through the whole print option every time I print letterhead but just click a button! Any one got any bright ideas?

Thanks in advance

  • For now setup two printers and select either at print time (can be deleted when a proper macro arrives)
I would have thought there is a setting in MS word for this?
