i have just seperated from my boyfriend,we have a house between us,and its worth approx £195000 but with no equity.i have 2 kids 13,and 11,and i work 20 hours per week.both of us have agreed we don't want to sell the house will i be able to claim extra benefits ?

You will be eligible for additional tax credits. You should contact them to advise of your change in circumstances.
You may also get some Council Tax Benefit.
