looking to replace portable tv in bedroom and thought one of these would be space saving. any idea of cheapest place to buy, also have seen them with freeview combined all help greatly received, many thanks,

Argos have a good one in the sale for £499.99 but it doesn't have freeview.

I'm on the hunt for an LCD TV too but decided to wait until prices cool a bit. The cheapest I saw about three weeks ago was £280 but I can't find it now. Cheapest I can see now is £309 at unbeatable: http://www.pricerunner.co.uk/sound-and-vision/vision/tv/262459/prices

Its a 17 inch widescreen DMTech DML-4117W

I'd be interested to see what else is out there.

I should add that those were the cheapest I could find for 17 inch and above.

for £199.99 via amazon, best price I have found, the more I look the more confused I become. Would like it to have a scart to put the dvd palyer we got free with the express.

Beko "20LB450" 20 inch LCD is £299 in Argos and £241 (reconditioned with warranty) from Micro direct including p&p. Had fair reviews in Ricerunner.co.uk., please check.

I remember less than a year ago this TV (the Beko) was being sold as a "special offer" by Comet for £500!

Micro direct is out of stock at the mo but will keep checking.

Just bought one of these bekos from ebay. Factory reconditioned - £250 + £10 delivery. Comes straight from Beko. Perfect. Comes in brand new unused condition.
Probs b all gone by now though.
