hi

can some kind person help me. i purchased diner dash 2 to play on my laptop, it has installed but when it goes to the main menu it shows for a few seconds then shrinks and goes black (like a large black square on the top left hand corner of my laptop), i am using the new vista although the game states on the back that it is compatible with vista.

my laptop is a new pink medion. dh has had a look but has had to email medion for help. has anyone else experienced this that can give me a heads up. i love this game completed the first on my ds.

  • I think you needed to buy the silver medion as that game wont play on the pink version.

Actually what is the model of the PC ?

Well without knowing any specifics my first guess would be to update the graphics drivers. Can't suggest where to get them without knowing the specs of the laptop.

not sure about this game, but this usually happens if your graphics cards is not up to the job, look at the back of the game and see what the "minimum requirements" are.

If you have on board graphics, you may just need to go into BIOS and up the memory that it is allowed to use. If it is a game that is quite graphics intense you may need a new graphics card.

But first things first, check the minimum requirements
