I want to surprise my wife with a short New Year break. Does anyone have any tips for a reasonably priced break in a warm climate. I was thinking of LA ? Many thanks.

I was in San Diego at this time and it was warm. Don't forget that indirect flights to Ontario (ONT) are cheaper than LAX and car hire is cheaper, you may also get a free stopover in the east on the return leg of your trip. From Ontario it is an easy drive to the Joshua Tree national park and Palm Springs, if you want it hotter.
BA fly to Phoenix (PHX) and have codeshares on America West if you fancy other places in this part of the US.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Try Florida , Just in the New Year it should be Mid 70's
