Offer covers 300g, 800g, 1.5kg and 3kg bags of any variety of Purina ONE cat food up to a total value of £12.69 - calculated by the recommended daily serving of Purina ONE for an average sized cat for 30 days which equals to 1 x 3kg bag of Purina ONE cat food at the RSP of £12.69; or 800g, 1.5kg or 3kg bags of any variety of Purina ONE dog food up to a total value of £23.97 - calculated by the recommended daily serving of Purina ONE for a medium sized dog for 30 days which equals to 3 x 3kg bags of Purina ONE dog food at the RSP of £7.99 each totalling £23.97.

Nope, don't see anything difficult about that. Enclose packaging, (to make sure you didn't take it back for a refund - as if!) till receipt, (standard), and application form. No problem. Cat or dog, not both, expected. Reasonable length of offer - good, one per household, (standard, - but we all have relatives, or at least long-suffering friends, right?)

Just been to the Purina website.  The application form for the TMF offer isn't available yet, so hold onto your purchases and till receipts, UNTIL you have been able to download the form and read it through, just in case you feel you can't meet the criteria for saying you're not satisfied.  (Tiddles, Rover, you'll just have to wait!)

It looks like you may have to do a certain amount of writing to justify your dissatisfaction with the product.

But we're all intelligent, creative people, aren't we? Follow the instructions to the letter and you'll be OK.

NB: A thought.  They may have taken steps to prevent you from downloading more than one form, (photocopied forms will not be accepted).  

If you think you may need to download more than one application form, for your friend to use, for example, then you may need to get that friend to register using their own name and address on a different computer.  (Or do it for them using a different PC, at work, for instance.)  Or you may be successful if you delete your cookies and re-register using your friend's details.  

They will probably use the site registration details to approve the applications when they come in, or you may find the forms are downloaded already containing your individual details given in the registration process.  It's quite a high-value offer, after all.

ANYWAY..

Eventually got   the   Olay Regenerist  cheque (which I claimed on 11th May)....after a couple of phone calls.

On the 1st call they said they had no record  - luckily I had sent it   recorded signed for   and was promised a call back.

After no call, on the 2nd call they  said they had sent it on the 29th June and it must have got lost  and they would resend it.

I got the £19.50  cheque and also spoke to Customer services  about my dismay at the delay. Low and behold.... an extra £5 voucher was issued!  ;D

NB.  this offer has  NO expiry date.

I think your reply selections get reset if you delete cookies for any reason on your PC. It happened to me after I had to make a website I had registered with think I hadn't. *Ahem*.

Savee, got the Glade Bathroom TMF today in Safeways. Am a bit confused by the wording on the label. Does it want you to send in an extra SAE for the cheque to be refunded?

Also found the 1001 carpet freshener TMF in Wilko's yesterday. Lovely stuff! Now my house smells wonderful.
